Editor’s note: We’re not riding in the buses ourselves, but we might as well be. The people are crammed in, young and old. Some are sleeping, some are thinking, some are fantasizing, some are looking you dead in the eye. The windows through which these photos were shot are, quite literally, windows to a glimpse of these peoples’ everyday lives. Enjoy the ride.

Tatevik is a freelance photojournalist based in Yerevan, Armenia. Although a professional photographer, she received her education in applied mathematics and computer science. She also leads photography workshops at the Tumo Center for Creative Technologies.
